- Working with Windows desktop operating systems

- Creating, documenting and centralising knowledge-based articles for new processes and solutions

- Provide regular training to staff on new software and hardware development

- Routers & Firewalls maintenance, use of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP & VPN's, General troubleshooting & fault finding, resolving MAC OS issues
